Söder means “south” in Swedish. We decided on the name Söderhouse because of the home’s location being on South Pender, in the Southern Gulf Islands. It also has a meaningful connection to a family name and is a nod to Mike’s grandma Söderberg.

Söderhouse is a vacation property with beautiful ocean views, nestled on an acre of lush greenery and mature trees. When you arrive on Pender Island, the house is located 10 minutes from Otter Bay Ferry terminal.
